Crossing Places (2021)
repertoire

Crossing Places is an audiovisual adaptation of the urban intervention created by Mano a Mana, a hand-to-hand duo formed by Marília Mattos and Dyego Yamaguishi. The exploration of acrobatic techniques combines with the experimentation of unusual spaces, with investigation of videographic, scenic, sound, fashion, and artisanal environments. Environments that are also aesthetic, social, and political. With another perspective of creation, in audiovisual language, through the lenses of Flávia Oliveira and under the direction of Beatriz Evrard, the idea is to cross the paths of the usual and make an invitation to the public: allow this work to cross their paths as well?
This project was carried out with the support of: Circus Promotion Notice - Municipal Secretariat of Culture of São Paulo.
